Every year, the Institute of Supply Chain Management ranks companies across 24 sectors of the Indian Economy based on a blend of quantitative and qualitative metrics.
The process begins with analyzing financial data from annual reports of over 1,000 listed and 100 unlisted companies across these 24 sectors. Key quantitative metrics include revenue growth, asset utilization, EBITDA growth, inventory turns, and cash conversion cycles.
In the second phase, the ranking methodology incorporates qualitative aspects like sustainability initiatives, technology adoption, and diversity efforts. ISCM examines alignment with corporate strategy, planning efficiency, and the depth of digital transformation through direct interactions with supply chain leaders. Companies are further assessed on sustainability using frameworks like the GHG Protocol and measures for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
ISCM will declare top 30 Pharma supply chain Champions from Large, mid-cap and hospitals.
